The incredible opportunity

As General Manager/ Business Head, One Tank, you will own and drive the complete commercial and operational performance of our One Tank business line. Operating as an end to end business lead within our matrixed environment, you'll connect high level strategy to micro level execution, from market and product definition through roadmap delivery, revenue, gross margin, and customer success, ensuring our LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) tank monitoring solutions deliver real value to users worldwide.

What you'll own

• Complete operational performance, revenue, gross margin, and P&L goals for the One Tank business line.
• A compelling, fiscally grounded annual business plan, agreed with senior leadership and executed with disciplined cadence.
• Cross-functional matrix teams (engineering, sales, supply chain, operations), driven to key deliverables without direct authority.
• Trusted bi-weekly demand and financial forecasts, built in alignment with finance and fulfillment operations.
• Repeatable customer onboarding processes, with customer success plans in place within 30 days and clear escalation paths (L1 through L3 support).
• Voice of customer insight translated into data backed product priorities, including coordination of customer beta testing and leadership of Product Review Board gate approvals.
• Operational readiness for new SKUs, RMA processes documented in customer contracts, and up to date installation and enablement collateral.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of progressive commercial experience owning a product line, vertical business unit, or P&L stream.
• A proven track record influencing and aligning cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, sales ops) without direct line authority.
• Demonstrated experience running Product Review Board gate frameworks, bi-weekly demand forecasting, and margin modeling.
• A track record of building customer success frameworks, onboarding pathways, and site protocols from the ground up.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, commerce, IT, or a related technical or commercial field.
• A data-driven, collaborative operating style that moves fluidly between macro business modeling and micro operational execution.
• High global mobility: ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally (including Canada and Mexico), residency within 45 minutes of a major airport hub, and a valid, active passport.
• General Manager or full P&L ownership experience, ideally within IoT, telecommunications, industrial hardware, or energy/LPG is highly desirable
• Domain expertise in connected hardware, industrial IoT, or energy/fuel monitoring specifically will be highly regarded
